IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

2. If your District has not already completed this form to set your 2019-20 benchmark windows in mCLASS, please do so right away so that your window is set correctly. If you have any questions, please contact Christy Hughes at chughes@amplify.com.

Professional Development

Regional Sessions - Please Register

More details for these sessions are below. Please find the objectives and dates for each session on the attachment.

Data Analysis for Teachers - this is great for any teacher that has not walked through an in depth training to analyze classroom data and utilize mCLASS tools such as Small Group Advisor and Item Level Advisor.  Teachers will walk away with a plan for their classroom.   Also, feel free to send Teacher Leaders or Coaches because we will be taking the time to have them plan how to turnkey this session back at your building.

Data Analysis for Leaders - this session is great for any leaders that has not had an opportunity to go through all of the mCLASS aggregate reports, including Pathways of Progress, to help guide your data discussions.  Coaches and Interventionists are welcome to attend!

For leaders and teachers that have been part of our data analysis sessions in the past, we are offering sessions to support your next steps in Instructional Planning and Delivery.  Please check the registration form to see if we are offering this in your area.  We would love to have you join us!

• Check out all of the free PD you can take advantage of! 
  • In need of a recalibrating scoring - there is Scoring Practice
  • In need of a clearer understanding of foundational skills - there is a tutorial
  • In need of a better understanding of all of the tools within mCLASS, there the Instruction Tutorial

Office Hours

September 10th, 3:30pm - 4:30pm

We will be hosting our first Office Hours for 2019-20!  Plan to attend to learn more about the mCLASS Instruction Tab and how to use it within the classroom. In addition, we will discuss who should be setting up groups within mCLASS and how to do it!

We will be hosting our second Office Hours of 2019-20! During this session we will discuss when and why to use Deep (approved diagnostic) with specific students.  In addition, we will be showing you where to locate additional PD resources within mCLASS.
