If you are employed in a charter school, fingerprints shall be submitted pursuant to 22-30.5-110.7 C.R.S. for your employing charter school. Before beginning, you must obtain your charter school's CBI account number which may begin with CONCJ----. Fingerprint results will go directly to your charter school -- not to CDE -- and cannot be used for licensing purposes. Some charter schools will require this in addition to any requirements needed for CDE, meaning you will get printed for your charter school and for CDE.

No payment will be collected until you arrive at your service appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, open the email that you received at the time you booked the appointment and click on the link to check your status and then click the "Cancel Appointment" link.

Select “CO Licensure/Employment Cabs” for the reason why you need to get fingerprinted. This should be the first selection from that list.
Next, select "Charter School Applicants...", for the reason.
Next, either enter your charter school's CBI issued Unique ID or search by your agency by name. Contact your HR unit as they should have this number, if they do not, contact this vendor with any questions at the number below. CDE does not have this number and cannot provide it to you as we do not issue this number.
Payment is due upon completing your online "order" and this vendor does not offer any refunds, so please make your selections carefully. Contact them about rescheduling an appointment.

No other vendors, other than those listed above, are authorized to take fingerprints for CDE by statute. Colorado law requires that prints be taken by law enforcement or by a vendor approved by CBI. Using another vendor, may be costly and may require you to submit a new set of prints taken by one of the above listed vendors.
