Section 618 of IDEA requires states to report to the Secretary of Education and the public on the equity of services provided under IDEA for various subgroups. The data reports below summarize Colorado’s annual data submissions to the Secretary of Education:

State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicator Data

The State Performance Plan is the State's plan to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) that evaluates the State's efforts to implement the requirements and purposes of Part B of the IDEA and how the State will improve the implementation of IDEA Part B.
