Request Industry Certification Inclusion

Requests:

Please complete the form linked below if you would like a credential program to be reviewed for inclusion on the 2024-25 Career Development Incentive Program (CDIP) list. Submissions are accepted through August 31, 2024 and will be reviewed in September/October for inclusion in the new list, which is published each December in the Talent Pipeline Report. The CDIP list is also linked on the CDE CDIP home page.

Requirements:

1. Completed CDIP Program Submission Request Form submitted by one district representative.
2. Letter of support from your local Workforce Development Board. Find your local workforce board. Please request your letter of support by August 1 to allow enough time for research. This letter can be shared with your local workforce board to support them to write the letter: Workforce Board Letter.
3. (Optional, but supports your request in the review process) Letter of support from industry or provide contact information if you would like their feedback to be considered in the review process.

You will be informed of your request's acceptance or denial in October/November 2024; accepted credentials will be eligible for reimbursement in the 2024-25 school year as well as 2025-26. The request form is available from April 30, 2024 to August 31, 2024.
