K-12 Student Achievement Resources

The State of Colorado is concerned with student achievement in Grades K-12. Many print and electronic publications, and Internet resources of the Colorado Department of Education support that effort for educators and parents. Listed below are selected resources from CDE and other agencies that can be accessed online, as well as print titles that are available on loan from the Colorado State Publications Library (CoSPL).

- Colorado Growth Model - Basic information on the Colorado Growth Model and links to school-by-school growth charts for all districts in Colorado.
- Colorado National Assessment of Educational Progress - Colorado reports from the "Nation's Report Card," a continuing assessment of what America’s students know and can do in different subject areas.
- Colorado READ Act - Colorado Reading to Ensure Academic Development Act information including fact sheets for parents, standards, reports and statutes.
- CSAP/TCAP Additional Resources - CSAP reports and guides to TCAP.
- Graduation Guidelines - a road map to help students and their families plan for success after high school.
- Results Driven Accountability - monitoring academic results of students with disabilities
- School Library Impact Studies - Reports and statistics on the impact of school libraries on academic achievement.
- SchoolVIEW - Interactive portal for the Colorado Growth Model and school performance data.
- Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)- state standards and resources for educators and students to enhance STEM education.
