Effective Teaming to Promote Inclusion in Early Childhood
Audience: Educators | Topic: Early Learning and School Readiness | Hosted by: Preschool Through 3rd Grade
This course is about the importance of building relationships between peers in the Early Childhood Setting. Effective Teaming is the cornerstone to ideal inclusive environments for all young children. Communication and collaboration lay the foundation for the learning experiences and environments where both children and adults can thrive at home, in school, and in the other many settings where children interact. This course will help participants understand how to embrace a variety of teaming strategies with intentionality in their daily interactions. It is expected for teams to sign up and take this course together, as many of the activities within the course are designed for teams to build their capacity with one another. In order to receive continuing education hours for the course, each individual team member will have to submit the assignments onto the online course. We will accept the same responses from team members who are working as a group.
