2025 Spring Semester Regional Training

For education teams overseeing transition planning, and the quality and compliance of Transition IEPs in districts and/or cooperatives – special education directors, assistant directors, coordinators, transition specialists, department leads.

Please limit your teams to 2-3 people.

You are invited to join me for a dedicated session focused on secondary transition planning for the remainder of the year, and upcoming academic year.

Session Highlights:

• Listening to Your Team's Needs: Share your challenges and insights.
• Immediate Guidance: Receive practical support and strategies.
• Reviewing Transition Action Plans: Evaluate your current plans and adjust as needed.
• Laying the Groundwork for 2025-26: Set the foundation for effective transition support and planning for the upcoming school year.

Details

• This session is designed to support teams in planning for a successful transition process, ensuring that we are ready for the 2025-26 academic year.
• Each session will be scheduled from 10:00AM – 3:00 PM. CDE contact hours will be awarded based on attendance.
• Lunch will be on your own.
• These face-to-face regional trainings are FREE to Colorado educators.
• Registration is required and space is limited! Please take the steps to reserve your spot!
• Registration will close two weeks prior to the scheduled training date.
