Pueblo West High School (PWHS) is a comprehensive International Baccalaureate (IB) school that is considered to be a Performance school by the Colorado Department of Education(CDE). Current enrollment as of Oct 1st, 2024 was 1543. Currently, there are three different academy's inside the school: CREATE (Coding, Robotics, Ecommerce, Academy, of Technology and Entrepreneurship), the Law and Justice Academy, and the PLTW Biomedical Health Science Academy. We offer 33 college or STS classes, 9 AP cl… asses, 19 IB classes, and 7 honors classes. There are currently 225 ESS students and 99 GT students.
