West Jeff Elementary is a PK-5 school nestled in the mountains of Conifer, Colorado. We have 190 students K-5 and an additional 55 preschoolers. West Jeff offers an AN Center Program for mountain area students. West Jefferson Elementary strives to meet the needs of all students through interactive, highly engaging, authentic, and meaningful instruction and opportunities.
