There are four leaders that oversee the programs contained within specific Career Clusters of the Colorado CTE Model. Each Program Administrator/Associate Principal leads a Career Cluster Team that includes Instructors, Technicians, Counselors and Instructional Coaches whose job it is to continuously improve the premier educational and industry experience at Warren Tech whose goal is to prepare students for careers. Our Program Administrators/Associate Principals are Educational and CTE Leaders, who not only lead at Warren Tech, but are leaders and supporters for similar programs across Jeffco and within the CTE Community. The instructional coaches support the delivery, and model the delivery, of crosswalked content (Science, English, Math), while simultaneously working with our industry experts to become extraordinary CTE educators by planning, delivering, assessing, reflecting and experimenting with high leverage best teaching practices. Six Counselors focus on the monitoring and delivery of Post-Secondary Workforce Readiness and Durable Skills, meticulously targeted for specific programs/students through the recognized ASCA National Counseling Model and ICAP. Every Warren Tech student receives premier career counseling services that result in a purpose, path and professional career/college plan for future post-secondary success. In addition to this comprehensive team of support professionals, there is a huge team of professionals that support the students, school and community that includes: Principal, Secretaries, Business Manager, Student Services Director, CTE Specialist, Post-Secondary Specialist, Social Worker, Special Education Learning Specialists, Reading Interventionist, Digital Teacher Librarian, CLDE Instructor, Communications/Marketing Manager, Tutors, Technicians, Campus Supervisors and an amazing team of Facility Managers across three campuses.
