Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen (RMAE) is a K-8 public Core Knowledge charter school in Evergreen, CO. ges growth in character, academic achievement and the love of learning, resulting in responsible, productive citizens. In addition to Core classes, all students K-8 take Spanish, Music, Art, PE, and Technology. Students in grades six through eight also have daily student driven electives. There are 9 Board of Directors (1 Community member and 8 parents) who are elected by the school community. The staff includes 14 teachers for grades kindergarten through 8th grade, a counselor, 2 reading specialists, 3 Special Education teachers, a speech therapist, part time occupational therapist, and 10 educational assistants. In addition, all students K-8 take Spanish, Music, Art, PE, and Technology.
