A MESSAGE FROM:

Arvada High School

2023-2024

Arvada High School is proud to be a tight-knit, comprehensive high school of about 700 students. As a Title I school, we strive to provide programs and opportunities that can be found at larger, more affluent schools. We offer a variety of pathways for students to be able to take targeted classes in careers including STEM, Sports Business fields, Visual and Performing Arts, Culinary, Education and Journalism. These pathways allow students to explore the fields and receive certifications and coll ege credits in those areas. Arvada is also proud to be a GT Center Program where students who qualify can take rigorous classes in a supported environment. Our Dual Language Program allows students to complete high school while working on their proficiency in both English and Spanish. Our belief in Restorative Practices combined with our core mission to ''Empower Students to Be Leaders of Their Own Learning'' prepare students to be successful in their futures and able to navigate difficulties in a positive way.
