In addition, we have 14 paraprofessionals (CLDE, SPED, and General Education), one social worker, one counselor, and a full-time psychologist. Finally, SME has a second-year leadership team, Dr. Jared Stanley (Principal) and Mrs. Bethany Lohse (Assistant Principal). We also house two Community Partnership for Child Development (CPCD) preschool classrooms. The needs for our Unified Improvement Plan were compiled by various stakeholders, including the instructional leadership team, staff members, and our Parent Advisory Board. The plan was also based on the district UIP to ensure alignment with district priorities and building needs. Stratton Meadows Elementary continues to qualify as a Title I school for the 2025-26 school year. Title funds allow us to help support student achievement by hiring two social-emotional wellness specialists. We also utilize Title Funds to support our PBIS program, parent engagement nights, and online programming, which supplement core instruction. The school used READ Act Funds to pay for 70% of a classroom teacher.
