In response, the school conducted a comprehensive needs assessment and root cause analysis, identifying key areas for improvement in literacy and mathematics achievement, consistent instructional practices, and student engagement. These findings guide the school?s evidence-based improvement strategies, which emphasize implementation of district-adopted, standards-aligned curricula?Into Math, StudySync for ELA, HMH Science Dimensions, and TCI Social Studies?coupled with an instructional focus on academic rigor, structured student dialogue, and targeted feedback. Teachers collaborate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to analyze student data, monitor progress, and plan targeted interventions aligned to grade-level expectations.
