Join us in Golden, CO for quality time dedicated to supporting transition planning and building capacity to improve school completion and post-school outcomes for students with disabilities. Interspersed with content-rich learning sessions and facilitated team work sessions, AU teams from all over the state will come together to learn, plan, network and share experiences.
