HB18-1355 Rulemaking & State Board Conversations

The state board has recently expressed interest in understanding the implications of changes to the school and district performance frameworks. This conversation is separate from but could also connect to rulemaking changes that are required as a result of recent legislation. The resources below help explain the recent legislation along with the board’s discussion topics. Rulemaking Stakeholder Survey

Survey for submitting feedback to the State Board of Education and CDE staff on House Bill 18-1355 focus areas.  This survey can be taken at any time before rulemaking hearings begin (March 2019 tentatively) and can be taken multiple times.  This survey may adjust as feedback is gathered.
